There are two kinds of users of the Website, “MeCourier Account Customers” and “MeCourier Non-Account Customers”. While there is no requirement to register and create a MeCourier Account, such registration will provide you access to extra functionality available on the Website.
In order to become a registered MeCourier Account Customer, which, you (or your company) must complete the MeCourier registration process. If you are registering with the Website on behalf of the company you work for (“Company”), the Company must have an existing account with MeCourier (such as a business account for warehousing or commercial freight forwarding and you may be required to confirm your Company’s account number). Once MeCourier has received your application for registration, you will receive an email confirming that your application has been accepted. You must click on the link contained in this email to activate the registration. ME Services LLC (“MeCourier”) reserves the right to reject any application for registration at its sole discretion.
By completing the registration process on behalf of your Company, you warrant that you have the authority to bind your Company, and that you will ensure that any other employees of the Company who use the Website comply with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions will be in addition to the terms of any contract you have entered into with ME Services LLC (“MeCourier”) in relation to your account.
You must log in using your username and password. You must ensure that your password is kept secure and confidential and not revealed to any other person. You acknowledge that you are entirely responsible for your password and you must notify MeCourier immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or any other breach of security relating to your account. You acknowledge and agree that ME Services LLC (“MeCourier”) accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage occurring as a result of the fraudulent use of your password, and you release ME Services LLC (“MeCourier”) from all claims arising from the unauthorized use of your password.

Our refund and returns policy are valid for 30 days from the date of the purchase. The eligibility for claiming full refund or exchange diminishes after passing of 30 days from the date of the purchase.
In order to process the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For COD shipments, refunds should be handled directly with the original shipper of the shipment.
Once your cancellation and refund request is received , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed in maximum of 21 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, as per the terms and conditions of the involved banking channels and the service network bank(s).
If our rider attempted delivery, the service refund may be partial, depending on various criteria.
Please check your bank account for the credit of any refund processed from our side. You are requested to check and verify with your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected in the system. If your refund is unprocessed by the end of the time period provided by your bank, please get in touch with your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We reserve the absolute right to cancel the delivery. In such a case, the customer shall be notified, and purchase amount will be refunded to the payment method used for transaction.
